Authors Lucy Heaver and Aisling Coughlan developed an obsession to hunt down the most authentic and delicious sandwiches while on a 6-month trip around the world. Chomping through kilos of dough, from Mexico to Peru, London to Laos, they brought these recipes home to recreate and share with friends and family. All other recipes are compiled from their own personal collections and experiences
