Creator Bio

Anthony Falco was the pizza czar of Roberta’s in Brooklyn for nine years and now works independently as the world’s best-known pizza consultant. Since leaving Roberta’s in 2016, he has consulted in London, New York City, Chicago, Los Angeles, Seattle, Charleston, Iowa, Sao Paulo, Bogota, Panama, Toronto, Argentina, Spain, Australia, Kuwait, India, and Singapore. He resides in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, with his wife and two sons.
